Mindful Drawing

Drawing mandalas are a beautiful and creative tool for exploration of the inner-self.  “Mandala” is a Sanskrit word that means “circle”.  Many different cultures around the world use mandalas in their spiritual practices for meditation and increasing self-awareness.
